Leo is a little bald boy who meets Raffaele as a refugee in Beldain. He calls Raffaele to comfort his sister who is raped by the Inquisition Axis. He is an elite and is a master of poison. He can also be seen as a replacement for Adelina Amouteru. He harms Magiano during the Daggers' and Roses' encounter in the arena while reviving Enzo, but Magiano isn't badly hurt. Leo later dies as a result of his poison turning on and harming himself from within. Raffaele is saddened by his death, but in his wake Raffaele discovers that the Elites' bodies will finally turn on their owners. Not much else has been revealed about him.
